Return and Refund Policy

Our goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 7 days from the receipt date following the below instructions.

Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Item(s) Shipped/Defective/Damaged Item(s). For claims, please e-mail us at support@hardwaretools.com so that we can initiate the return process.  Upon acceptance of a return you will receive a return authorization number. This number must be referenced on the return receipt. Without this return authorization number, we can not accept the returned merchandise.  All claims must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery. Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced. Products must be in new condition in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Seasonal item cannot be returned.

1. Return Shipment Information

For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-traceable method such as USPS. Please include the original receipt/email confirmation and ship return packages to:

2.  Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days once the package is received and inspected by our returns department; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund as soon as it is processed. After two weeks, if you don’t receive credit, please contact us via e-mail at support@hardwaretools.com so we can investigate. Please include your full name as it appeared on the order, address, order number, name of the shipper used, and the tracking number.

3.  Non-Refundable

Usually there is no Refunds or exchanges for items in the categories below. Please contact us first if you have any questions: – Outdoor Equipment and Power Tools – Outdoor Living and Furniture – Heaters and Cooling Supplies – Special Orders – BBQ Grills – Gas-Powered Items – Oversize Items – Items Including and over 50lbs. – Items that require special delivery

4.  Product Warranties

Products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer’s authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.

5.  Changing or Canceling Your Order

You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours after it was placed, as our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible.
